Description
I have been going to Fisherman’s Outlet for many years. This is one my favorite go to spot in Downtown. If I ever find myself trying to decide where I’m going to try next I, more times then not, will end up here. This is a family-owned seafood restaurant located at the crossroads of the historic merchant districts. Fisherman’s Outlet is widely praised for its fresh, high quality seafood and unique family recipes for delicious soups, sauces, gumbo and cole slaw and it doesn’t stop there. When you look at the menu for the first time you’ll be overwhelmed with trying to decide. You’ll have time to place your order because the line is super long. Don’t let that discourage you just be patient and wait its worth it.
Anything is good from the menu but my absolute favorites is the fried shrimp and scallops, catfish strips plates and calm chowder. If you don’t like any of those then you might want to try Halibut or Sea Bass or Orange Roughy fillets on the char. They even have King crab legs, lobster tails, and super jumbo shrimp and much more. Anything you order will come with sides you have a choice of mixed greens or fries or rice. You get all this for an averages $20 each.
Let me know what you think. Was it worth it to you?
